The next talk in the Textiles in Libraries series, Bodleian Library, Oxford, will take place on Tuesday 19 July 2022, 1–2pm (BST). The speakers – Nicole Gilroy, Head of Book Conservation, and Alice Evans, Assistant Book Conservator, both part of the Special Collections department at the Bodleian Libraries – ‘will share some of what happens behind the scenes at the library, and how the books in our collections are cared for and studied everyday’. Bodleian Libraries reopen online lecture series Meet the Manuscripts. The first in the autumn series is ‘Meet the Fragments’ on 14 October with Andrew Honey and Matthew Holford.
