Olgierd Uziembło 吴贤波, M.A.
Born in 1972, an amateur of folk song, performing arts, and poetry; trained as a linguist and anthropologist, and a teacher by vocation. After completing studies in anthropology in China (Sun Yat-sen University), he graduated in Sinology from the University of Warsaw. His research interests focus on graphistics, adopting a multidisciplinary approach at the intersection of grammatology, chirography, codicology, semiotics, and cognitive science. He is a member of the Siglum research group and the Sign and Symbol research center for graphic communication systems, and is actively involved in the Endangered Alphabets organization dedicated to the preservation of endangered writing systems.
