Conference: Interpreting the Ancients

18th Annual Lawrence J. Schoenberg Symposium on Manuscript Studies in the Digital Age – organized by the Schoenberg Institute for Manuscript Studies, the Kislak Center for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts, and the Free Library of Philadelphia, will be held on 20–22 November 2025.

This year’s theme, Interpreting the Ancients, complements the exhibition  Reinventing Aristotle, open from 3 October 2025 to 16 January 2026.

The conference will be a hybrid event, taking place in the Kislak Center and online via Zoom. Registration and further details are available on the Penn Libraries website.
